The Blue Eco pumps are amongst the most energy saving pumps
worldwide. The pumps consume up to 50 percent less energy, what makes them economical attractive. Besides that, they are environmental friendly and good for CO2 reduction. The Blue Eco series consist of 5 different models: the 240 watt, 320 watt, 500 watt, 900 watt and 1500 watt. The pumps are easy to install with flexible fittings. This simpliflies maintenance, but also takes care of a resonance/vibration free and noise suppressing setup.

Controller

The various Blue Eco models all have their own customised controllers. The display shows the hour counter, power consumption, amperage and RPM, but also offers a vast number of messages to indicate problems. The 900 watt and 1500 watt controllers offer extra options. For example 4 optional timer programs that can control the pump capacity and duration up to 5 times per day. The controller also offers a cruise control option and a full automatic protection against dry running. All pumps have the possibility for a second, external, control panel for remote controle.

Flow and energy

The brand new Blue ECO Titanium pumps are the most ECO friendly electric pumps produced. They utilise brushless DC electric motor technology, and have an efficiency rating of 94.6% - this compares with normal electric motors with have an efficiency of 45 - 50%. The power and therefore energy consumption is fully adjustable from 10 - 100% of full power, so when reducing the R.P.M the energy consumption reduces accordingly. The pumps produce very little heat (as 94% of the energy used goes to turn the impellor ) which makes them ideal for dry applications and the control electronics are housed either internally or in satellite units.

The Blue ECO Titanium pumps are marine water resistant and can be used submersible and also in dry circumstances, even the controller is watertight. The controller display's power used in watts, rpm and running hours.

Blue Eco Strainer Basket

The BLUE ECO pump was designed for fresh-, brackish- or salt water, or other low viscosity liquids which are neither explosive nor aggressive or oily. The pump may be used for clean water and in a limited way also for
contaminated water.
The pump is not intended for water with coarse debris. Particles should not be larger than 0.8 mm. Basically the pump is intended for use with „clean water” without solid particles which may damage the bearings, like, for example sand and pyrolusite after the treatment of ponds with potassium permanganate. Warranty does not apply for damages resulting from above described particles.

The Stainer Basket will limit the size of particles reaching the internal parts of the pump
